This module is of great help to VoIP providers and different users to establish communication between them. Providers can create notifications to users such as Reseller, Call Shop, Wholesale Client in case of any updates about Rate Plan, Rates, Payment Dues, etc., making an informed decision. Details such as For Operator, Operator Name and Message are required to push a notification.
Similarly, providers can create tickets sharing an update with different users by clicking “Tickets” under “Action” button in respective user panels. Further, they can also view the tickets received from their users and respond accordingly. “Tickets Received” and “Tickets Created” will allow providers to monitor the communication with different users.
